Reiki
Where the body softens and the fire begins
What Is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy practice that helps the body release tension and settle into a more coherent state. You remain fully clothed and simply lie down while the system begins to unwind, soften, and reorganise itself at its own pace. There is no effort needed, and no belief required.
People experience Reiki in many ways - warmth, movement, emotion rising, deep rest, or quiet clarity. The work goes to whatever is ready to shift or settle, without forcing anything.
In the right conditions, Reiki can also reach deeper layers of your experience—opening a door your mind never planned to walk through, but your deeper self has been waiting beside for a very long time. It is in this territory that the work of Kali’s Fire begins.
How is Kali’s Fire reiki different?
Kali’s Fire Reiki is not about comfort. It is about truth.
It meets you where you are, and it meets what you’ve been avoiding.
This work is not performed from technique or tradition alone - it comes from the fire that rises when you stop pretending and let the deeper currents move. It is energy that does not flatter you or soothe your illusions. It reveals, releases, and realigns.
Some sessions feel gentle - but others open the locked doors inside you.
Kali’s energy moves differently for each person. Sometimes she pours like warmth, sometimes she pulls something old up to be seen, sometimes she breaks a chain you didn’t know you were wearing. Whatever comes, it is held in a field of fierce compassion. Nothing is forced… but nothing false survives in the presence of this work.
This is not spa-Reiki.
This is not pastel healing.
This is the quiet, honest fire that melts what no longer belongs to you.
Come only if something in you is ready to be unmade - not destroyed, but returned to its original, unguarded brightness.
The fire here is not harmful.
It is honest.
And it burns only what cannot follow you forward.
What is a session like?
Before the session, you’ll receive a few optional practices you can do at home. None of it is required, but these small openings help the energy meet you more deeply when you arrive. Think of them as loosening the knots before the fire begins its real work.
When you enter the space, you come exactly as you are - rushed, calm, uncertain, ready, it makes no difference. We start with a moment to arrive. For some, that means a few grounding breaths. For others, a brief chant to help the heart soften. And if you want to speak about why you’ve come, you’re welcome to. If you prefer silence, the work will still find its way.
When you’re ready, you lie down fully clothed. My hands may rest gently on the body or hover just above it - and if you do not wish to be touched at all, simply let me know beforehand. There is no requirement, no performance, nothing for you to get right. Your only task is to let the body settle into stillness.
The session unfolds in silence. Sometimes the energy moves like warmth spreading through the chest. Sometimes it rises like a tide through old emotion. Sometimes it feels like everything inside you is softening by a few millimeters at a time. And sometimes it simply feels like rest - deep, honest rest. You don’t need to guide it. The energy knows where to go, and She moves with a precision that meets only what is ready to be transformed.
At times She may press gently against the walls you’ve built to keep yourself together. At other times She opens a door your mind never planned to approach, though your deeper self has been waiting beside it for far longer than you realise. Whatever appears - stillness, movement, emotion, nothing at all - it is held with presence and without judgment.
When the work comes to its natural close, I guide you back slowly. We sit for a moment in the quiet. You can share what you felt, or not. I can reflect what I noticed, or stay silent. Integration happens in its own time, and there is no need to rush it.
You leave as yourself - but with the unmistakable sense that the surrender you experienced was not a moment, but a meeting. What you met was Kali within you: the one who has lived, unmoving, at the core of your being since the beginning of time. Once She is recognised, even briefly, that recognition becomes direction - a pull toward the freedom your soul has never forgotten.
Who is this for / Not for?
Who Is this for?
This work is for those who feel something moving inside them — a pressure, a longing, a truth they can’t keep avoiding. You don’t need to be confident or spiritually experienced; you only need to sense that the life you’ve been holding together is asking for a different direction.
It is for those who are tired of performing “fine.”
For those who want something real.
For those who feel the pull toward surrender, even if they don’t yet understand what that means.
For those who sense that there is a fire at the centre of their being — faint, hidden, ignored — and are finally ready to let it be seen. You don’t have to be fearless. You only have to be willing to stop pretending for one hour and let the deeper currents move.
If you come with openness, curiosity, or the quiet ache for freedom, this work will meet you.
Who Is this not for?
This is not for those seeking a spa treatment, or a decorative spiritual experience. Kali’s Fire is gentle when it needs to be — but it is not designed to comfort the ego.
Not for those expecting certainty, instant transformation, or someone to “fix” them.
Not for those who are unwilling to feel what rises, even softly.
Not for those who prefer to remain untouched by truth.
And not for those currently in acute crisis, heavy destabilisation, or requiring clinical psychological support — this work moves deeply, and it deserves a foundation of safety.
Kali’s Fire is for those who feel ready to meet themselves with honesty.
If you’re not there yet, there is no judgment — simply return when something in you says it’s time.
Entering the fire
“Dearest Kali, please burn all within me that is not true.”
This is the quiet prayer at the heart of this work.
Not a plea for destruction, but a recognition that what is false cannot survive in Her presence - and what is real has nothing to fear.
There is no correct way to enter the fire. Only the honesty that brings you to its edge.
Some come with longing, some with exhaustion, some with a soft ache that has followed them for years.
Some come because they finally stopped running.
All are welcome.
Kali’s Fire offers two pathways:
one in the room, where breath and presence shape the field around you; one across distance, where the work meets you in the quiet of your own home.
Fire does not depend on proximity. It moves through truth.
Choose the form that calls to you.
Both lead inward. Both meet you where you are.
Both invite the same surrender the prayer asks for.
IN-PERSON REIKI healing (Helsinki)
In-person work is the most embodied expression of Kali’s Fire.
You step into a quiet room, leave the outer world at the threshold,
and allow the body to settle into stillness.
From here, the field opens —
subtle, precise, unmistakable.
Sometimes the work rises as warmth.
Sometimes it meets the places inside you that have grown tight from holding too much.
Sometimes it feels like something ancient in you finally unclenching.
Whatever comes, it is met with presence and without force.
Hands may rest gently on the body or hover above it,
and if you prefer no touch at all, the fire moves just as deeply.
Your only task is to let yourself be held by what is already moving through you.
Session lengths:
• 60 minutes - clear, grounded, steady
• 90 minutes - deeper unfolding, fuller opening, more space for integration

Distance REIKI session (online)
Distance work moves through intention, surrender, and the field that needs no physical proximity.
You rest in your own space — a bed, a sofa, anywhere you can soften —
and the session begins at the agreed time.
Some find these sessions even more potent,
because the body feels safe at home
and opens without hesitation.
You may feel warmth, movement, emotion, stillness,
or simply the quiet sense that something inside you is shifting.
The fire meets you exactly where you are,
without needing you to travel at all.
Session lengths:
• 60 minutes - recalibration, clearing, softening
• 90 minutes - deeper release, heart-opening, layered work

Safety and boundaries
This work meets you with honesty, not force.
Your wellbeing is the foundation of every session.
You remain sovereign at all times.
You may pause, adjust, or stop the session whenever you need to.
Touch is always optional and discussed beforehand, and the energy moves just as deeply without it.
Emotions may rise; you are never asked to push past your own limits.
Kali’s Fire is a spiritual and energetic practice - not a replacement for medical or psychological care - and it works best when held alongside whatever support you already have in your life.
This is a space where truth is welcome, and where your boundaries are honoured without question.

Kali is the intelligence that moves when truth is no longer avoided. In every session, Her presence is the fierce, compassionate clarity that meets what is ready to be seen and softens what is ready to be released.
You do not need to know Her, believe in Her, or understand Her for the work to move. If She is present, you will feel it - not as something external, but as a deepening of what is already true within you.

not create dependence.

Readiness is not fearlessness; it is the moment you stop pretending you’re fine.
If something in you whispers yes while another part resists,
you are already standing at the threshold.
-
Often yes.
Not dramatically, not theatrically -
but in the quiet way truth continues to move once it has been touched.
For some, the shift unfolds over days or weeks,
as if something inside has finally remembered the direction it was meant to face.
When you are ready
If something in you feels the pull of this work - a whisper, a tremor, a quiet longing for what is real - you are welcome to step forward. You do not need to be brave or certain. You only need to be honest enough to answer the truth already rising inside you. The fire does not demand anything from you; it simply offers a place to lay down what no longer belongs to your path.
When you are ready, She will open the way.
